Built to complete the ambitious project of the Government Palace, the Rotunda Marinai d’Italia, once site of the “ocean gatherings” of the Fascist era, can host up to fifty thousand people.
This huge square overlooking the sea, is characterized by massive vertical buttresses lapped by the water. Now it is a place for walks and is often used for major events.
